Location, Location, Location

Dreaming of a custom home in Florida starts with choosing the right location, and with ICI Homes, you have options. We actively build across many of the state’s most desirable areas, giving you the freedom to create your home in a place that fits your lifestyle.

Does ICI Homes Build Where My Land Is?

To help keep costs reasonable, your homesite should be near one of our established communities. Still, flexibility is part of who we are, and in many cases exceptions can be made depending on your location.

On the map below, each pin represents an ICI Homes community. You’re welcome to build within one of these neighborhoods, or on your own land within the surrounding blue rings that indicate areas where we may also build. These rings are meant as a guide, but the best way to know for sure if your homesite qualifies is to connect with us directly. Together, we’ll find the perfect setting to bring your custom home to life.
