Top 100 Home Builder in the Country
For more than 45 years, ICI Homes has been setting the standard as one of the nation’s Top 100 Home Builders and Florida’s premier custom homebuilder. From Jacksonville to Tampa, Daytona Beach to Orlando, Gainesville and throughout many other sought-after communities across the state, families have trusted us to bring their vision of home to life.
With decades of expertise, a reputation for innovative design, and a commitment to true customization, we go beyond simply building houses, we create one-of-a-kind homes that reflect your imagination, your lifestyle, and your future. Whether you’re dreaming of a modern retreat, a timeless estate, or something entirely your own, ICI Homes will deliver a home as unique as you are.
Customize Your Home Without Adding Substantial Costs
At ICI Homes, customization is at the heart of everything we do. Start with one of our award-winning floor plans, then make it your own. Expand a room, reimagine an entire level, or blend features from multiple plans to create a design as unique as you are. With hundreds of options in our extensive library, the possibilities are nearly endless.
Because no two families are alike, we’ve designed a process that makes it simple to get exactly what you want in your new home, without adding unnecessary costs to your bottom line. Our sales associates and in-house design team spend time getting to know your vision, then translate your wish list into a home that feels like it was built just for you. The result is a one-of-a-kind home that balances creativity, functionality, and value.
How Much Can I Really Customize?
The short answer: as much as you can imagine. Take Tina and Darnel, for example. They loved the possibilities of our Egret VII floor plan but knew from the start they wanted to make it their own.
