Dream it and we can do it — that’s the challenge we accept from many prospective ICI Homes customers who have unique spaces in mind and need our help bringing them to life.
Sometimes it’s as simple as pairing customers with a floor plan they love. Sometimes it’s super-specific, such as creating climate-controlled space for artwork, for example.
No matter the luxury custom home you want, or have in mind, run it by our pros at ICI Homes. We’ve built thousands of custom Florida homes all over the state for more than four decades and our ICI Homes division is dedicated to making customers’ luxury and estate home dreams come true.
We’re know as Florida’s Custom Home Builder for a reason, which means people’s highly personal, long-awaited aspirations are right in our wheel house.
Here’s why you should bring your custom home challenges to ICI Homes.

Be specific
So, you collect antique cars and have the toolboxes to prove it. The standard two-vehicle garage won’t cut it. Neither might the three- or four-vehicle versions in some of our largest floor plans.
Tell us how many cars, tool boxes, rolls of shop towels, and whether you enjoy listening to music while you wax and change oil. The more we know, the better equipped our designers will be to bring your dream space to life.
A luxury estate home should amplify those things that give us joy. If yours involves mid-century Mustangs or Mercedes, we can help you design a garage that doesn’t look or feel like a tacked-on warehouse. And if you need an outsized lot or acreage to fit both it and your new luxury estate home, we can help you find that too.
Be fearless
Bring us archived links, magazine clippings and printouts. Don’t be afraid to say you want a fountain in your foyer, copper sinks, or a dedicated sewing room for your quilting craze.
Perhaps your luxury estate home is destined to be the future gathering spot for family holidays, vacations and celebrations. Marble floors throughout? Maybe, but enough bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms and soundproofing, for sanity’s sake, is of the highest priority.
Here’s another helpful thought: don’t be intimidated by the phrase “luxury estate home.” The words “luxury” and “estate” likely mean different things to all of us. Even if yours is a pet rock collection that numbers in the thousands and has lived in plastic crates for decades.
They’re your pet rocks. Let’s give them a custom-designed treatment too!
